One of the nice things about doing artwork in a vector format is that you can take separate images from different pieces and arrange/size them to work as a new whole image without losing any kind of quality. You can also easily adjust things like skin tones and highlights in a snap. Since Dan had three great individual pieces of these ladies, I've always wanted to bring them together and fortunately, they work out really well.
I also get that some folks might think that it's a sellout move to "rehash" individual artwork into yet another "variant". I get it, I do. But I like to think that if the pieces work together, make sense in context AND fans want it, then I feel good about it. Maybe it's the Photoshop manipulator in me, but putting these three ladies together just makes sense even if they have their own individual pieces in the exact same pose.
That being said, this is a work in progress as I REALLY want to have a whiz-bang background that is fitting for these ladies. I really want to try and tell a story with it that's why I have the text over it for now. But I figured you folks might enjoy seeing how the pieces are unintentionally able fit together
